Data processing companies which we appoint to carry out work on our behalf as part of the application process may also acquire data for the aforementioned purposes. As part of the application process it may be necessary to forward your application data to another company.

Transfer of data to third countries or international organisations
 
Data obtained during the application process shall be transmitted to Delica AG, Hafenstr. 120, CH-4127 Birsfelden in compliance with applicable data protection regulations; where data is transferred to Switzerland, we will refer to the adequacy decision of the EU Commission and Article 49, Section 1c) of the EU GDPR. Data storage duration
 
Where necessary, personal data will be processed and stored for the duration of the application process. Personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of its collection has been fulfilled, and shall not be stored for longer than 6 months.

Data protection rights of applicant
 
In accordance with statutory regulations, each affected person has the right to be informed about the processing of his/her personal data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Data transmitted as part of your application will be transferred using TLS encryption and stored in a database. The sole controller of this data within the meaning of article 24 of the GDPR is the enterprise carrying out this online application process. Personio’s role is limited to operating the software and this recruitment website and, in this context, being a processor under article 28 of the GDPR. In this case, the processing by Personio is based on an agreement for the processing of orders between the controller and Personio. In addition, Personio SE & Co. Access logs (“server logs”)
